You'll have to put in the code which can be: 0000, 2646, 9999 or 4801 everytime you turn on your ps3. Just make sure you're hovering over "security settings", but in order for it to pop up, you have to press L1 + R1 + Select + Square. Make sure you're holding down the buttons while pressing the others.

Requirements:

1. USB Stick
2. The Modded Firmware (download above)
3. A PS3 (obviously)
4. Know how to get in Recovery mode
